 (a)Apply the knowledge acquired and the skills developed to the solution of specific technical problems in a work related setting a. Exercise judgement in surveying property for sale or let. b. Identify and critically analyse important issues in relation to the valuation of property. c. Analyse the market and prepare reports and scenarios to aid decision making in property investment. d. Identify and evaluate advanced solutions to complex problems of valuation.
