Module Description:The aim of this module is to provide students with the necessary methods and techniques to increase their personal and business online communication skills.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Develop competency in addressing the communications mix among employees in the workplace
LO2 Demonstrate best practices for communicating with customers using modern channels (social media)
LO3 Achieve competency in the practicalities of recruitment and selection when applying for jobs (including modern recruitment techniques)
LO4 Examine communication and cultural issues associated with conducting international business
