On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:

LO2 Describe the techniques used in industry to minimise waste generation in manufacturing plants.
LO3 Describe the processes used for municipal and industrial waste water treatment.
LO4 Describe the processes used for Air pollution detection and treatment.
LO5 Compare solid waste treatment options and design to minimise environmental impact
LO6 Describe the requirements of an environmental audit.
