Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Explain the role project management plays in delivering on social and organisational benefits.
LO2 Identify factors which impact on project success
LO3 Apply project management tools and techniques to work-based projects and projects related to their programme of study
LO4 Explain basic project management concepts and knowledge areas and how these can be applied to the management of projects
