|On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
||Apply Social Care theory to practice
||Practice various Social Care skills acquired in previous modules while under supervision on placement
||Formulate the criteria for the student’s own preferred area of practice
||Experience the day-to-day role of a Social Carer first hand
||Identify and explore issues relating to personal effectiveness and development.
||Develop the team-working capabilities of each student
||Classify the key components of record keeping system within the learner-diary.
||Allow the student to witness the needs and rights of the various client groups
