Module Description:This semester 1 module is designed to give students a firm introduction to the general principles and basic concepts underlying the valuation of property and lands.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Evaluate the importance of the valuer.
LO2 Analyse and discuss the basic enonomics and structure of the property market.
LO3 Examine the principal methods of valuation and their application.
LO4 Apply Parry's Valuation and Conversion Tables in given situations.
