Module Description:The semester 2 module is designed to build on the general principles and basic concepts underlying the valuation of property and lands contained in the introductory module in Semester 1.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Describe the different types of property investment.
LO2 Demonstrate workings of the Investment Method of valuation using Parry's Valuation and Conversion Tables.
LO3 Demonstrate DCF (Discounted Cash Flow)valuation techniques using Parry's Valuation and Conversion Tables.
LO4 Interpret leases in the context of Valuation Practice.
