Module Description:The aim of this semester 3 module is to familiarise students with the main services in buildings and their relevance to the Estate Agent's profession.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Describe the basic services found in buildings.
LO2 List and annotate these services.
LO3 Discuss their specification and operation.
LO4 Outline and discuss the enviromental requirements for modern construction.
LO5 Apply the regulations in respect of BER
LO6 Apply the regulations in respect of registration of septic tanks
