Module Description:The purpose of this semester 3 module is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to be able to professionally promote property for sale or let.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Describe the codes of visual communication and their application to a professional advertisement.
LO2 Apply the elements and devices of copywriting to property promotional material.
LO3 Describe the 8 rules of layout and design to apply these to property advertising.
LO4 Design and construct effective window displays.
LO5 Use digital marketing to support property promotion
