Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Specify the relevant national and international standards relating to Quality assurance systems based on ISO9000 standards and relate the requirements of these standards to business processes
LO2 Construct and Interpret process to Control Chart
LO3 Identify and construct the documents required for the ISO 9000 standard and the methods used to carry out audits to the standard e.g. Procedures, work instructions
LO4 Discuss the Roles and Responsibilities of a Manager
LO5 Specify a range of problem solving tools for their organisation and apply an appropriate set of tools to aid problem-solving
LO6 Document in detail an aspect of quality management, ideally in a work-related or 'real-world' situation
