Module Description:The aim of this module is to build on and further develop socio-cultural and linguistic competencies acquired during the previous semester, to enable the student to comprehend, communicate and interact in increasingly complex situations with a degree of fluency consistent with Level A2+/B1 of the Common European Framework for Language Learning.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Converse confidently and with a degree of spontaneity on topics of a social and professional nature.
LO2 Participate actively and effectively in discussions and presentations in Spanish at an advanced level.
LO3 Analyse and translate texts of both a specialised and general nature.
LO4 Write a short project in Spanish on a topic relating to core-subject area.
