Module Description:To provide the students with an understanding of the key principles and practices of Organisational Behaviour and give an insight to the dynamics of individual and group behaviour and their impact on the organisation.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Outline the foundations and historical development of organisational behaviour.
LO2 Explain the key managerial challenges facing organisations currently and in the future.
LO3 Describe individual behaviour and processes that pertain to organisational behaviour.
LO4 Evaluate effective communication behaviour in the workplace
LO5 Identify and discuss the key issues in relation to group processes and the impact of group dynamics on organisational behaviour
