Module Description:This module is designed to provide the student with both a practical and theoretical understanding of the technical issues associated with managing the IT infrastructure for the deployment of DevOps.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Design and implement the basic physical and virtual architecture of the Cloud and to evaluate the implications of using Cloud-based services.
LO2 Critique Process Automation languages for Infrastructural Management and provision Infrastructure as Code.
LO3 Manage and deploy a Containerized Infrastructure.
LO4 Identify, analyze and troubleshoot performance considerations in networks and Infrastructure protocols.
LO5 Manage and control security and policies within the Cloud.
