Module Description:The aim of this subject is to develop the student's abilities to manage and contribute effectively to successful projects, both generally and in the context of Digital Marketing projects in particular. The student will develop an understanding of the tools and techniques available to support effective project planning and control, and the significance of inter-personal skills in high performing teams.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Employ a project management software tool to plan, manage and monitor the progress of a project through to completion.
LO2 Demonstrate the management of project costs, human resources, communications, performance and quality assurance in the context of assigned, collaborative projects.
LO3 Identify and manage the risks associated with a digital marketing project.
LO4 Discuss the skills and attributes required to be an effective project manager, and a high-performing project team member.
