Module Description:The purpose of this module is to identify the role of key ingredients in making effective formulations and the processing steps used in the manufacture and delivery of common drug products.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Identify excipient material used in formulations
LO2 Identify the critical process control parameters and quality tests
LO3 Have a knowledge of the production of the different dosage forms.
LO4 Have a knowledge of modes of drug delivery
