Module Description:This module aims to provide students with a comprehensive framework for understanding the external factors which affect businesses across all sectors. This will provide the student with a solid foundation for making well-informed predictions about the likely future state of the global business environment.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Identify and describe the key elements in the external environment that affect all organisations in a broad range of sectors.
LO2 Discuss the challenges that changing environmental forces present to all organisations.
LO3 Analyse and evaluate the structure of indigenous and global business.
LO4 Formulate an in-depth environmental analysis of an organisation and its' associated industry sector by applying business environment analytical frameworks.
