Module Description:The purpose of this module is to equip the student with a number of high priority skill sets for the contemporary organisation. As such students will engage in the study of effective problem solving techniques based on curricula related scenarios that are contemporary and practical. Critical thinking skills will be engaged. In addition, strategies for navigating organisation issues and group dynamics will be harnessed. This module enables students to build upon and showcase their talents to prospective employers.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Apply effective strategies to organisational situations and settings.
LO2 Demonstrate presentation skills of a professional caliber.
LO3 Develop team work skills and be solution focused.
LO4 Evaluate problems and apply practical processes to explore solutions.
