Module Description:The aim of the module is to give learners an appreciation of the role of IT Strategy and IT Governance in the function of modern business
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Assess the suitability of DevOps to meet the operational and strategic needs of organisations
LO2 Critically analyse existing and emerging devOps business and IT strategies, their risks and costs and benefits
LO3 Identify and apply different IT financial and value assessment methods for product and technology lifecycles
LO4 Develop and manage comprehensive and multi-annual business cases
LO5 Identify and examine the project managing process, organisation and infrastructure transitions
LO6 Analyse and evaluate supply chain and product lifecycle management best practices
