Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this module the learner will be able to:
LO1 Identify and describe the key elements in the external environment that affect the tourism and hospitality sector
LO2 Discuss the challenges that changing environmental forces present to all organisations.within the sector.
LO3 Analyse and evaluate the structure of indigenous and global tourism and hospitality businesses.
LO4 Formulate an in-depth environmental analysis of a tourism and or hospitality organisation and its' associated sector by applying business environment analytical frameworks.
