Module Description:This module will introduce the concept and functions of management for social care practice. There will be an opportunity to explore the principles and importance of quality assurance frameworks and supervision across social care practice. As management and supervision are an ongoing and dynamic subject, the syllabus content will be expanded or modified, as the case may be, to reflect developments within social care management and supervision.
